A Word from Jane

When you first become a parent, you hope to feed your child perfectly, buy the right crib, and read the correct books that will lead to raising your children just right. As your children grow often, we relax as parents loosen up a bit on the “rules', “ or so it seems. Jane Grizzle, mother of three, board member, and writer share Gospel wisdom with us today. She reminds us as we navigate the deep waters of parenthood, Jesus is the ONE who will see our children through.

“What our kids need to hear right now is the same thing we do: God loves you; God is here with you no matter how dark it might seem; God has made a way where there was no way, and you don’t have to do anything to earn God’s love. Without that knowledge, they will continue to try to muster up the kind of love and care for others that only comes from Jesus.”
